Burgundy Dinner
Wednesday, September 16th

Join us for the next stop in our gastronomic series, A Taste of France, celebrating the great culinary regions of France.

This time, our journey takes us to Burgundy, a region renowned for its rich culinary traditions, exceptional wines, and deeply comforting cuisine.

For this special evening, Chef Vincent has created a menu inspired by classic Burgundian specialties, featuring dishes such as œufs en meurette, Poulet Gaston Gérard, rabbit with Dijon mustard, and pears poached in Burgundy red wine, with an optional wine pairing selected to complement the menu.

This is not a formal wine dinner, and there is no pretension. Just a relaxed evening of authentic French cooking, beautiful wines, and the warm hospitality of Et Voilà!

Experience a true taste of Burgundy, right here in San Diego.

  • Best French Restaurant for sure!

Hands down, the best restaurant in San Diego. It’s our weekly go-to for exceptional food, exemplary service, and such a special atmosphere. Our favorite spot to eat at is at the bar. The staff feel like friends while remaining top class professionals and we always leave happier than when we arrived.

  • Exceptional Experience!

Exceptional experience all around. We ordered the lamb appetizer, wild boar entree, and the steak. Each brought out a unique flavor and well thought out details. The service was exceptional. Will definitely be back.
