Provence Dinner – Wednesday, August 12th

Join us for the next stop in our gastronomic series, A Taste of France, celebrating the great culinary regions of France.

This time, our journey takes us to Provence, a region beloved for its sun-drenched ingredients, rustic Mediterranean flavors, and generous, unfussy cooking.

For this special evening, Chef Vincent has created a menu inspired by traditional Provençal specialties, featuring regional favorites such as pissaladière, ratatouille, daube provençale, and a lavender-scented lemon tart, all paired with beautiful wines.

This is not a formal wine dinner, and there is no pretension. Just a relaxed evening of authentic French cooking, good bottles, and the warm hospitality of Et Voilà!

Experience a true taste of Provence, right here in San Diego.

  • Best French Restaurant for sure!

Hands down, the best restaurant in San Diego. It’s our weekly go-to for exceptional food, exemplary service, and such a special atmosphere. Our favorite spot to eat at is at the bar. The staff feel like friends while remaining top class professionals and we always leave happier than when we arrived.

  • Exceptional Experience!

Exceptional experience all around. We ordered the lamb appetizer, wild boar entree, and the steak. Each brought out a unique flavor and well thought out details. The service was exceptional. Will definitely be back.
