Savor pan-seared Hokkaido scallops atop winter squash mousseline with champagne beurre blanc and caviar. For your main, discover Catelli Farm veal ballotine with wild mushroom stuffing and port wine sauce, or butter-tender beef tenderloin with artichoke purée and sauce Périgourdine.
Conclude with a decadent dark chocolate tart kissed with Grand Marnier, or our tropical charlotte with passion fruit and raspberry Chantilly.
